Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 summer squash
1 large carrot
2 cups frozen baby shrimp
Fresh parsley
Fresh chives
Black pepper
Himalayan Salt
Directions:
Heat olive oil in skillet. Use a spiralizer to make noodles out of summer squash and carrot. Add vegetable noodles to pan. Add all fresh herbs, black pepper and salt to taste. Add frozen shrimp. Sauté all ingredients in pan and stir frequently. When summer squash and carrots are cooked take off the stove and eat immediately. Enjoy!
