Recipe: Refreshing Green Smoothie
Refreshing Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Frozen Kale
1 pear cut into chunks
1 tbsp avocado
1/2 cup coconut water
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup ice
2 tsp Manuka honey (optional)
Directions:
Put all ingredients into a high powered blender, like a vitamix. Blend and enjoy! You can put in 2 tsp of Manuka honey in blender or drizzle on top of smoothie if desired. Yum!
