Recipe: Scallop and Bacon Kebabs


Scallop and Bacon Kebabs

Ingredients:
Large scallops
Bacon (high quality, preferably no sugar added)
Zucchini
Summer Squash
Cherry tomatoes

On a wood skewer, thread the above ingredients in a pattern that is eye pleasing to you.
Spray pure extra virgin olive oil on the assembled kebabs.  Shake black pepper, Himalayan pink salt, parsley and oregano to taste on the kebabs.  Heat your grill to medium heat.  Place kebabs on grill, turn them a few times.  When cooked, serve on a bed of lettuce. Enjoy!
